Ann Benson is an American master bead artist whose designs, books and web tutorials on bead work are internationally acclaimed. She is a leading world authority on both bead crochet and bead embroidery and has published numerous books on these and other beading topics.
Ann is also a published novelist whose Random House historical trilogy features The Plague Tales, The Burning Road and The Physician’s Tale, all set in fourteenth century Europe during the Black Death. Her fourth novel, the mystery Thief of Souls, takes place in the time of Joan of Arc, and her fifth Ambrosia is set in post-9/11 New York.

This workshop will provide the beginning learner and established learner with most of the techniques needed to progress to more advanced bead embroidery projects. The class kit follows a three-part YouTube video. Participants will not finish the project in class and can complete the beaded piece by following the video post-class.

No registration changes will be granted once the instructions for the workshop have been sent.
